10,000 Steps Walking Program
Available at the Xcel Energy Center Tuesday through Thursday of Non-Event Days from 11:00am-2:00pm.
As a member of the 10,000 Steps Program you are eligible for prizes from Regions Hospital, Health Partners, Minnesota Wild, and the Xcel Energy Center. Registration information can be obtained by calling (952) 883-7800.

Family Room
A room in the RiverCentre Complex can be made available for parents or chaperones of children who want to be close to the concert their children are attending, but may not want to purchase a ticket to the event. The Family Room is a quiet room with a television to watch. The Family Room is not open for every event and must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event by calling the Guest Services Manager at 651-265-4867.
Tours
Tours of the public areas of the Xcel Energy Center are available. As a general rule tours are normally done on non-event Tuesday's at 1:30pm. All tours must be pre-arranged through Jason Duffy at 651-265-4853. Alternate times may be available depending on the Xcel Energy Center event schedule. The charge for tours is $5 for Adults and $3 for Students and Senior Citizens. Group Rates are available. All proceeds go towards the Xcel Energy Center charitable foundation.
Wheelchairs
The Xcel Energy Center has a limited amount of wheelchairs. These wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved before the event needed. The wheelchairs can be checked out free of charge at Guest Services, which is located on the concourse at Section 105. A state issued drivers license must be left at Guest Services to ensure the return of the wheelchair.
Binocular Rental
The Xcel Energy Center has a limited supply of binoculars that can be rented on a first come - first served basis. A $20 deposit must be left at the time of rental. Upon return of the binoculars, $15 will be returned, thus making the rental cost $5. All binoculars can be rented at our Guest Services desk located at Section 105.
